How to Find and Join Groups Who Share Your Interests

AntStorm has just released the public beta of its website, so there is a lot more work for us to do. One of the things we plan to add soon is the ability to search for groups by keyword so you can find groups that are interested in particular topics.

Until then we suggest that you use the search box on any page on the site to find trails about the specific topics that interest you. Near the top of each trail page next to the trail name is a link to the author of the trail. You can click that link to see the profile page for the author. If the author of the trail is a group, you will see a link to "Request to join this group". Click this link, and a request to join will be delivered to the group.

Your request will then be voted on by the members of the group. If you are accepted as a member of the group, you will receive a message in your Inbox informing you that your request has been approved, and the group will be displayed on the Groups tab in My Nest.
