How To Communicate With the Entire Group
Following are instructions on how to send a message to all the members of a group:
- First go to My Nest by clicking the My Nest link in the upper right corner of any page on the site. If you do not see the My Nest link, then you need to sign in by clicking the Sign In link in the upper right corner of any page.
- Once you are in My Nest, click the Groups tab.
- On this page, you will see a list of all the groups of which you are a member.
- Click the "Send message to group" link to the right of the group to whom you want to send the message. A page is displayed with a Message text box.
- Type your message in the box and click the red Submit button.
- Your message is sent to all members of the group. Your message will appear in each member's Inbox, and will also be forwarded to their email if they have opted to receive email from AntStorm.
How To Communicate With An Individual Group Member
Following are instructions on how to send a message to an individual member of a group:
- First go to My Nest by clicking the My Nest link in the upper right corner of any page on the site.
- Once you are in My Nest, click the Groups tab.
- On this page, you will see a list of all the groups of which you are a member.
- Click the "Show/hide group details" link to the right of the group in which you are interested. The members of the group are displayed.
- Click the "Send message" link to the right of the member to whom you want to send a message. A page is displayed with a Message text box.
- Type your message in the box and click the red Submit button.
- Your message is sent to the individual member. Your message will appear in that member's Inbox, and will also be forwarded to their email if they have opted to receive email from AntStorm.
